It’s almost here — Season 2 of Redefining Us is just around the corner, and I couldn’t be more excited to share what’s coming your way. This season, we’re shifting things a bit. While stories will always have a place here, I’m bringing in more experts — therapists, researchers, and specialists who can offer deep insights, practical tools, and fresh perspectives for your real-life challenges.

We’ll still keep things honest and human (because life isn’t a bullet point list), but we’ll focus more on the “what now” and “how to” — the tangible takeaways you can bring into your own work, relationships, and personal growth.
