The Pressure to be a Perfect Mom and How to Break Free

While they can work to move towards the mother that they actually are, and that aligns with their inner truth and values. Women in abusive relationships often times lose their sense of self and with that, who they want to be as a parent. But hopefully through healing and working on themselve,s they can show up the way they want, and no, that doesn’t mean PERFECT!
